We handle your shipments with the greatest of care! To ensure you always know exactly where your shipments are, we offer a seamless, real-time Track & Trace for every individual package. The scans are submitted in real-time and any manipulation is highlighted in a colour. We use a Barcode at the recipient, where our driver has to sign-in to affect the digital Proof of Delivery scan (POD scan). In addition, we also link GPS coordinates to the delivery scan, so you can see where the shipment has been scanned on Google Maps.
You can register your shipment yourself via our Track & Trace webpage. Alternatively, you can send us your shipment details in a digital format, such as via email, ftp or EDI. Our IT department then programmes the interface and tests the connection, that the shipment can set off on its journey without delay.
On request, your shipment details can be exported into a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report and made available to you whenever you need it. Generally, we inform customers about all relevant incidents pro-actively to ensure they are aware of possible delays in advance, and don’t find out when their recipients contact them to complain or inquire about progress.
